Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Mineral Land Analyst to join our client’s team in Calgary, AB. In this position you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the accuracy and consistency of mineral land records within the corporate land database. This position is responsible for reviewing and aligning existing land records with company data standards, procedural documentation, and consistency guidelines. Working closely with various internal stakeholders, the Mineral Land Analyst ensures reliable data management and supports the integrity of land records across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Review and update current land records in the CS database to align with company data standards and procedural documents.
Ensure consistent application of Mineral Land processes in collaboration with the Mineral Lease and Contracts team.
Work closely with Land Negotiators, the Well Asset Management Team, and A&D to verify and standardize land data entries.
Identify discrepancies and implement corrections to maintain data integrity.
Support internal audits and data quality checks related to land assets.
Contribute to the development and improvement of land data management procedures and consistency manuals.
Assist with onboarding and training team members on data entry standards and best practices.
Participate in special projects to enhance database accuracy and system performance.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Land Administration, Energy Asset Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of oil and gas land administration experience
Experience in mineral land records management or a similar role.
Active member of LEMAC
Strong knowledge of mineral lease agreements, land contracts, and related documentation.
Experience with land systems and databases, preferably CS (Crown Suite).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
