Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, financial performance (P&L), and compliance with policies and procedures.
Manage and support a unionized workforce, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by motivating and coaching your team.
Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure an exceptional guest experience at both sites.
Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
Provide regular feedback and support to help employees grow and succeed.
Enforce Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) standards.
Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Analyze site performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements.
Execute business plans and action items in collaboration with your Territory Manager.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement promotions, retail programs, and initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or retail management; gas station or similar industry experience is an asset.
Proven leadership abilities with strong skills in team development, coaching, and performance management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities and achieving business goals.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
