Adecco is currently hiring an experienced and talented full-time On-site Coordinator to work in Ajax, ON.
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player who brings positive energy and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll handle key administrative tasks such as onboarding, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and day-to-day communication with Adecco associates. You’ll collaborate closely with both the internal team and client to support staffing needs and ensure operational deadlines are consistently met.
You’ll also play a key role in managing workforce logistics for an exciting production environment, making this a truly engaging opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Supervising all temporary associates on assignment
Daily associate scheduling
Providing follow-up to clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders.
Build and maintain client relationships through prospecting and daily communications
Ensure all employee files adhere to Adecco’s Compliance Policy
Facilitate new hire orientations
Administer weekly activity reports, attrition, and conversion reports
Manage weekly payroll for all associates in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of two years related experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver results with firm deadlines
