Adecco is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in our client’s London, ON location. This role offers a competitive annual salary of $72,000 and provides the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in ensuring cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in inventory control, team management, customer service, and health & safety compliance.
Responsibilities:

Manage inventory, facility layout, and warehouse flow (shipping, receiving, scrap).

Ensure timely inspections, KPI reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee order accuracy, delivery, and customer issue resolution.

Work with Sales team and handle quotes, credits, and backorders.

Set performance expectations and coach staff.

Manage training, evaluations, and task assignments.

Promote a clean, safe work environment.

Ensure equipment upkeep and regulatory compliance (WHMIS, TDG).

Submit operational and KPI reports.

Collaborate with Head Office for support and alignment.
Requirements:

Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

Post-secondary education required; training in customer service is a plus.

3–6 years of experience in warehouse/distribution roles.

3–5 years in a leadership or managerial position.

Strong understanding of logistics and inventory systems.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and team-building skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

Detail-oriented with solid time management under pressure.

Knowledge of automotive battery applications is considered an asset.

Valid driver’s licence required.
