Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support transformation initiatives on a contract basis for our client in Calgary, AB. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that drive stakeholder adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize the success of business and technology changes across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute change management strategies
Conduct stakeholder and impact assessments
Deliver communications, training, and engagement plans
Monitor adoption and adjust plans as needed
Collaborate with project and business teams
Qualifications:
5+ years in OCM, ideally in Oil and Gas
Familiarity with Prosci/ADKAR or similar frameworks
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Change management certification preferred
