Pay and Benefits Administrator
Salary: $93,815 to $105,362
Contract: 1 Year with a strong chance of permanency
Bilingual (English/French)
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site
Central Ottawa, with parking available

Responsibilities:
Administer complex pay and benefits for unionized and non-unionized employees across Canada
Manage payroll data using HRIS platforms such as ADP, SuccessFactors, and Workday (training provided)
Analyze payroll and benefits data and generate reports
Contribute to the development of procedures related to pay and benefits
Collaborate with external organizations (e.g., WSIB, Canada Life) to resolve issues
Perform detailed calculations for salary, leaves, benefits, and pension contributions
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
Education in Human Resources or Pension/Benefits Administration
Minimum of 3 years of Canadian payroll and benefits experience
Bilingual in English and French (Level B proficiency)
Strong HRIS and software skills
Experience in a unionized environment is an asset and not a neccessity
