Adecco is actively seeking a Payroll Specialist (SAP) for an onsite role in Langley and the surrounding area, B.C. In this position, you'll lead payroll operations using SAP, ensuring accuracy in employee data, compliance with reporting standards, and efficient year-end processing. You'll also customize SAP Payroll to fit business needs and improve existing processes. Pay Rate: $62k-$68k/year.

Responsibilities:
Use expert knowledge of SAP Payroll systems to run end-to-end payroll operations.
Customize SAP Payroll modules to meet specific business needs.
Prepare reports of company earnings, deductions, taxes, leave, and non-taxable wages.
Analyze and enhance current payroll systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure SAP accurately reflects employee records (salaries, benefits, pension details, etc.).
Manage and submit all required government filings, including year-end tax slips and forms.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for cross-functional alignment.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
An SAP Payroll expert with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
Certified in Payroll Compliance (via National Payroll Institute or equivalent), or hold a College diploma in Business Administration.
Skilled in juggling multiple priorities and complex assignments.
A strong communicator with a passion for accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
Someone who thrives in onsite work environments and has access to a vehicle due to the job’s location.
