Adecco is currently seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our client’s team for a 24-month contract role based in Pickering, ON. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your Lean and Six Sigma experience to a high-impact team focused on driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the North American region.

  • Pay rate: Up to $75,000/year.
  • Location: Pickering, ON| Hybrid
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 24-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement & Optimization – 25%
    • Prioritize and score business requests and improvement ideas
    • Lead root cause analyses and process design reviews
    • Conduct statistical analysis (e.g., regression analysis, forecasting)
    • Facilitate Lean/Kaizen Sprints across departments
    • Provide on-demand cross-organizational support
  • Process Standardization – 25%
    • Lead weekly project status meetings
    • Organize benchmarking and automation workshops
    • Drive Lean Process forums and education initiatives
  • Lean Academy Support – 25%
    • Mentor Lean Change Agents & Champions across North America
    • Guide employees through the internal Lean certification program
  • Financial Accountability – 25%
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand and meet business needs
    • Track KPIs, financial contributions and project progress
    • Drive improvements based on performance data
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 5+ years in Agile/Lean environments (DMAIC, DFSS, Kaizen, PI Planning)
  • 3+ years in automotive and/or financial sectors
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or equivalent
  • Master’s Degree in Business or Finance is considered an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership ability
  • Proficiency with RPA or workflow automation tools
  • Experience in strategy execution and model design
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification
  • Data visualization & reporting
  • Statistical analysis expertise
