This is a full-time opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in construction project coordination. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution from planning through to closeout.

Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning and scheduling
Support estimating and review subcontractor tenders
Manage RFIs, drawings, and specifications
Handle change management and contract administration
Coordinate with site teams and liaise with consultants and clients
Review shop drawings and manage construction documentation
Track financials, assist with progress invoicing, and project closeout
Support QA/QC and LEED documentation (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Holds a civil/structural engineering degree, architectural or civil tech diploma, or has 5+ years of trade-based experience
Experienced in project coordination or management, preferably in commercial/civil construction
Strong in communication, organization, and problem-solving
Knowledgeable about the construction lifecycle
