This is a full-time opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in construction project coordination. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure seamless project execution from planning through to closeout.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling
- Support estimating and review subcontractor tenders
- Manage RFIs, drawings, and specifications
- Handle change management and contract administration
- Coordinate with site teams and liaise with consultants and clients
- Review shop drawings and manage construction documentation
- Track financials, assist with progress invoicing, and project closeout
- Support QA/QC and LEED documentation (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Holds a civil/structural engineering degree, architectural or civil tech diploma, or has 5+ years of trade-based experience
- Experienced in project coordination or management, preferably in commercial/civil construction
- Strong in communication, organization, and problem-solving
- Knowledgeable about the construction lifecycle
