Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence while mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Deliver top-tier client service, ensuring satisfaction through effective project strategy and execution.
- Align projects with key performance metrics, budget goals, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement project execution plans and staffing strategies.
- Manage project start-up through closeout, including contracts, meetings, procurement, training, and warranty.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality controls.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging Lean construction principles.
- Collaborate with estimating and business development teams to secure future work.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor team members, aligning their growth with company goals.

Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a construction-related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability managing projects from start to finish with a variety of contract types.
- Strong understanding of Lean principles, with experience using Last Planner® and Procore® considered an asset.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Proven ability to manage risks, make decisions, and lead complex projects.
