Responsibilities
Act as Project Management Lead for the Utility Management sector in water/wastewater system planning
Provide engineering oversight and seal work products as required
Lead proposals and business development efforts for water/wastewater planning projects across Western Canada and Ontario
Coordinate work tasks, resources, and schedules among technical teams, internal sectors, and offices
Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality standards are met
Execute technical work and provide hands-on support when required
Supervise and mentor staff as needed
Prepare technical articles, abstracts, and deliver presentations at industry events
Requirements
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Positive, motivated, and collaborative personality
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensed in Alberta and/or BC (or another Canadian province)
10–15 years’ experience in hydraulic modelling, capital planning, water/wastewater data analysis, or related fields
At least 5–10 years of experience managing large-scale projects (>$200k) and leading business development initiatives
Strong consulting experience with a solid understanding of the consulting environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary and hybrid environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct field visits as required
