Adecco is actively seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our client’s team for a full-time role in Milton, ON, offering a salary of CAD $115,000–$130,000 per year. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
Pursue and secure new project opportunities.
Prepare project scopes, proposals, and fee estimates.
Design and review grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems.
Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using tools like HEC-RAS, EPA SWMM, MIDUSS, and PCSWMM.
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure quality control through peer reviews and project oversight.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus on water resources.
10+ years of relevant experience in surface water resources and site development.
P.Eng. designation in Ontario.
Proficiency in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience in consulting and a deep understanding of municipal standards.
