Adecco is currently seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join our client’s team for a fully remote, temporary-based opportunity. This role is instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL pipelines and database objects that drive critical operations in class action and mass tort case management. Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and optimize ETL processes and database scripts.
- Create and maintain database objects: views, stored procedures, triggers, user-defined functions.
- Evaluate and write complex SQL queries with multi-table joins, aggregations, and subqueries.
- Work with SSIS for data migration and SSRS for report visualization.
- Perform peer reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Conduct batch analysis, production workflow improvements, and issue troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and client services to ensure data accuracy and requirements alignment.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
- BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in advanced T-SQL and relational database principles.
- Experience with ETL workflows and query optimization.
- Ability to work independently with tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration habits.
- Solution-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
