Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven and client-focused Staffing Strategist to support the growth and success of our business unit. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and matching top talent with leading employers. By leveraging your market knowledge, networking skills, and recruiting expertise, you’ll play a critical role in delivering staffing solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

  • Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00/hour

  • Location: Winnipeg, MB

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary to permanent position | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development by proactively identifying and cultivating new client opportunities through recruitment activity, outbound calls, and associate marketing.

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, negotiating pay rates and service terms to maintain strong return on sales (ROS) and gross margin (GM%).

  • Network extensively within the business community to boost brand visibility, expand market presence, and develop access to both active and passive talent pools.

  • Fill and manage client orders through effective recruitment strategies, including screening, interviewing, assessing, and placing candidates in temporary and permanent roles.

  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with current and anticipated client needs.

  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships by ensuring excellent customer experience, regular communication, and high satisfaction (NPS).

  • Provide associates with continuous feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution to support their success and growth on assignment.

  • Work closely with associates to identify professional development opportunities and implement upskilling or reskilling plans.

  • Maximize client retention, time-to-fill, and fill rates, ensuring all documentation and CRM records are accurate and up to date.

  • Ensure compliance with company processes, legal regulations, and documentation requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business success

Qualifications:

  • Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of two to three (2 - 3) years related experience, ideally in a service-oriented environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

  • Experience recruiting and/or working within the Human Resources solutions industry an asset.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.

  • Skilled in the art of networking, lead generation and prospect development with the ability to confidently source and approach new prospects, utilizing excellent presentation skills.

  • Resourceful and self-motivated. Utilizes available information to help further marketplace knowledge and drive business success.

  • Superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required.

  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.

  • Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client and candidate relationships.

  • Displays a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to work overtime and/or travel within region.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
