Adecco is currently hiring for a Stormwater Management Project Manager, Civil Engineering to join a well-established and respected consulting firm specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects.
Based in either Burlington or Toronto, this full-time, permanent role offers the chance to lead technically challenging and rewarding projects across the GTA and Greater Golden Horseshoe area. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering site development projects that make a real impact on local communities, while building strong client relationships and mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and deliver residential, commercial, and industrial development projects on time and within budget while managing client expectations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge and relationship building in the GTA and Greater Golden Horseshoe
Lead and contribute to proposal efforts, project scoping, and RFP assessments
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Provide technical leadership on grading, servicing, and stormwater management components of projects
Oversee project reviews for accuracy and compliance with municipal standards and internal policies
Manage project financials, including budgets, invoicing, progress payments, and receivables
Participate in business development activities to grow the company’s client base
Support contract administration and attend client and project meetings
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role within the consulting industry
P.Eng. designation
Strong understanding of subdivision and site plan approval processes
Technical knowledge of municipal engineering standards, practices, and regulations
Working knowledge of hydraulic and hydrologic engineering principles
Proficient with MS Office and engineering tools/software
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and client-focused
