Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and technically skilled Production Associate to join our client’s manufacturing team in Newmarket, ON. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Supplier Quality Engineering processes by performing inspections and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.
Pay Rate: up to $20.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: Newmarket, ON
Shift: 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible start time between 7 AM - 9 AM)

Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on incoming materials and components using established procedures for products including circuit board assemblies, components, and verify that company quality standards are met.
Operate CMM equipment accurately to measure parts against specifications.
Document inspection results, including measurements, findings, and non-conformances.
Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of inspections performed in compliance with company policies.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality assurance.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent relevant in-house experience.
Prior experience in electronic assembly is preferred
Regular lifting requirements are generally 30 lbs. or less, with moderate frequency.
The role involves moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, biological materials, and other physical hazards.
Operation of carts and lifting equipment is required and may be classified as industrial to heavy, depending on additional work conditions.
Technical skills or experience specific to operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Completion of task within standard times and quality levels using standard work
Adherence to all safety, ESD, housekeeping policies and procedures as per HOS Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
