Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and results-driven Project Lead – Construction Surveying to oversee and manage all aspects of surveying operations for construction projects for our client in Richmond Hill / GTA area.. In this role, you will be responsible for leading field teams, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of survey data, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within scope. This role requires a strong background in construction surveying, leadership experience, and a passion for precision and quality in the field.
Pay Rate: $170K-$210K / year (based on experience)

Client Relationship Management – Establish and nurture strong relationships with site superintendents and key stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in construction surveying, with experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of construction layout, GPS/GNSS systems, total stations, and digital levels
Proficient in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Trimble Business Center
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Knowledge of local codes, regulations, and industry best practices
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
