Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client’s team and play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent in Kanata, ON. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions that align with our client’s company's growth and culture.

  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary (6 month contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Deliver the best candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.

  • Manage hiring plans for business lines and execute them effectively.

  • Build partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, business, people partners, and other process stakeholders.

  • Develop recruitment strategies using social media, direct sourcing, and employee referrals.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert on recruiting markets, trends, and compensation.

  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to generate candidate flow and pipelines.

  • Engage passive candidates and generate referrals.

  • Design interview and evaluation processes for various roles.

  • Provide exceptional organization and project management skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 3-8 years of recruitment experience, focusing on technical, leadership, and IT professional recruiting.

  • Proven ability to build positive relationships with the senior stakeholders and candidates.

  • Strong sourcing ability in Telecom using multiple creative avenues.  

  • Knowledge of recruiting markets, trends, and compensation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Demonstrate adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations, while maintaining flexibility to navigate changing priorities with a positive attitude

  • Strong service mindset with a focus on supporting new joiners and stakeholders 

  • Team player with a collaborative proactive approach

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
