Tele Sales Representative job opening in the GTA (work-from-home)
Adecco Professional has partnered with our client in boutique fashion arena to hire a Tele Sales Representative to join the growing team immediately. The position will have you performing a combination of duties from tele sales, lead generation, customer service, order entry and order processing. This is best suited for a self-motivated, driven and resourceful candidate looking to make a positive impact in an expanding organization.
LOCATION – this is a work-from-home position, but you must reside in the GTA area
HOURS – Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
TIMELINE – 2-3 months with potential to extend or more
Some of the Tele Sales Representative job opening responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide customer service via phone, email, site on various questions, inquires and ensure they are handled professionally and efficiently
Order entry, processing orders and payments
Working within the Pipedrive CRM tool to update, add, document
Performing cold calling to follow up on leads; tele sales, relationship building
Lead generation
Other duties as assigned.
Some of the requirements for the Tele Sales Representative job opening include:
At least 6 months tele sales/cold calling experience related experience; B2B preferred
Strong technical skills with MS Office along with experience working with Shopify; CRM experience (please ensure you express which)
Exceptional and confident communication and interpersonal skills
Administrative skills inclusive of order entry experience
Self-motivated, resourceful, committed
