Adecco is currently hiring a full-time dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our client’s high-performing sales team. You will be servicing the areas of easier Ontario and the Maritimes. You will play a critical role in growing and maintaining strong client relationships within your region. You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service to dental professionals, and representing innovative solutions in dental implants. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for healthcare sales and the ability to work independently across multiple provinces.
Responsibilities:
Drive significant revenue growth in your territory by nurturing current client relationships and expanding the customer base.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with oral surgeons and dental professionals.
Deliver exceptional client service by acting as a consultative, strategic partner focused on driving customer success and growth.
Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets for promotional materials, and regional business plans.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on business development strategies and support new product introductions.
Establish referral networks and participate in regional and national sales events to grow brand visibility.
Leverage educational opportunities to foster brand loyalty and attract prospective clients.
Stay informed on clinical research and scientific developments related to the company’s product offerings.
Utilize CRM tools to track performance, evaluate opportunities, and plan territory growth activities effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recent, proven experience in business development within fast-paced, high-growth commercial markets
Bachelor’s degree required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Familiarity with the medical device industry
Strong track record in business development with healthcare professionals such as physicians, dentists, veterinarians, or optometrists—particularly where the practitioner is the primary decision-maker
Demonstrated negotiation expertise and ability to build lasting partnerships
Proficient in consultative selling techniques
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
