Adecco is actively seeking a Territory Manager to join our client’s growing team in Toronto -North 407 -Richmond Hill to Barrie area. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary of $75,000 annually plus commission and is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals while driving regional growth.

  • Pay Rate: $75k/year + Commission.

    • Base Salary: $75,000 + $50,000 Commission at Plan

    • Average Annual Earnings: $130,000–$150,000

    • Top Performers Can Earn Significantly More

Responsibilities:  

  • Driving lucrative sales growth and revenue across your assigned region.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including oral surgeons and dentists.

  • Acting as a strategic business partner, providing consultative support to help clients achieve their growth objectives.

  • Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

  • Creating and managing forecasts, regional budgets, and promotional business plans.

  • Collaborating closely with marketing to support product launches and promotional strategies.

  • Participating in local and national sales events to boost brand visibility and loyalty.

  • Hosting and leveraging educational events to strengthen customer relationships and attract new clients.

  • Remaining informed on relevant scientific data, clinical studies, and competitive products.

  • Accurately recording and analyzing sales activity using CRM software.

Requirements:  

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • Minimum 3 years of recent, demonstrated business development experience, preferably in high-growth commercial markets.

  • Prior success in consultative sales and working directly with medical professionals such as dentists and oral surgeons is an asset. 

  • Knowledge of the medical device industry is a strong asset.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, travel within the region, and attend sales events.

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
