Responsibilities:
Driving lucrative sales growth and revenue across your assigned region.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including oral surgeons and dentists.
Acting as a strategic business partner, providing consultative support to help clients achieve their growth objectives.
Generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Creating and managing forecasts, regional budgets, and promotional business plans.
Collaborating closely with marketing to support product launches and promotional strategies.
Participating in local and national sales events to boost brand visibility and loyalty.
Hosting and leveraging educational events to strengthen customer relationships and attract new clients.
Remaining informed on relevant scientific data, clinical studies, and competitive products.
Accurately recording and analyzing sales activity using CRM software.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Minimum 3 years of recent, demonstrated business development experience, preferably in high-growth commercial markets.
Prior success in consultative sales and working directly with medical professionals such as dentists and oral surgeons is an asset.
Knowledge of the medical device industry is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, travel within the region, and attend sales events.
Strong command of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
