Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate with MPEO certification (or willingness to obtain) to join our client's fast-paced distribution team in Brampton. This role involves operating power equipment, shipping and receiving goods, and supporting general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate motorized power equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently

  • Load trailers and palletize boxes accurately based on store and route assignments

  • Perform general shipping and receiving duties, including unloading trailers and verifying POS shipments

  • Lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

  • Support packaging tasks, such as taping open boxes, assembling new boxes, and preparing outbound loads

  • Ensure product is organized, labeled, and stored in compliance with warehouse standards

  • Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving targets

Qualifications:

  • Valid or willing to obtain Motorized Power Equipment Operator (MPEO) certification

  • Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory

  • Must be a dependable team player with a positive attitude

  • Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing workload demands

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
