Adecco is actively seeking a skilled Warranty and Service Technician to support homeowners after construction is complete. In this hands-on role, you’ll handle inspections, repairs, and warranty-related issues, ensuring every home meets quality standards. You’ll work independently, solve problems efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating with trade partners and internal teams. Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections and repairs related to truss movement, ductwork, and general home maintenance.
Perform routine maintenance on systems like tankless water heaters and AHU units (training provided).
Handle repairs involving drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Coordinate and oversee warranty-related work with trade partners.
Maintain service records and communication logs through company software.
Educate homeowners on warranty coverage and proper home maintenance.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Experience with home systems: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, and general repairs.
Proficient with hand and power tools; able to read blueprints and technical documents.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and access confined spaces.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and field service software.
